Kristan Emery: Based in the UK
Emery, 29, is a video game developer by day and an animal portrait artist in any spare time that she can get. Art has always been and still is such a rewarding past time for her, and to have been able to open a small business doing what she loves has been incredible. Kristan specializes in realism in Acrylic on canvas and says "when it comes to animals, especially familiar ones, you need to be able to recognize them, their appearance and personality. That’s a lot to fit in one picture and it’s that challenge which makes each piece so much fun to do."
