"Art By Rey has played a significant role in helping me heal from the loss of my pets these past years. In 2018 my best friend of 23 years passed away, I sent this incredible artist my favorite image of him and I was shocked with the results. She not only captured his look, but his soul. I was speechless. A few months later I adopted another dog who unfortunately passed away only 5 months after being together, this loss hit me hard due to it being so unexpected. I reached out to Art By Rey once again to have a painting to commemorate my baby by and she left me speechless once more. You can always expect your expectations to only be a fraction of what she can accomplish with her talent, skill and dedication to her craft."

Absolutely love this portrait I got commissioned from Rey! She is amazingly talented in all her work, and I was excited to have a piece of my own. She was even kind enough to ask for my final approval before finishing. So so so considerate during every step of the process! Her work is always so realistic and detailed. Can’t wait to order another one!

Every time people come over and see this portrait they do a double take. If I hadn't seen the video of how it was made I'd think it was a photograph too! Rey is so talented and works very hard. The fact that she helps raise awareness to shelter pets makes her even more special. We are proud to call her a friend and so happy to support her! We hope to have many more pieces from her in the future.
This may be one of those things you just have to see for yourself but I swear when I look at the eyes in this portrait it is like looking into Susie's eyes for real. The only thing that makes this portrait better is seeing how much Rey loves it. Knowing that my pet impacted & inspired her enough to use the painting she made me as a representation of her best quality of work is such an honor.
